I’ve been using this with my two cats, it works okay!! One of them uses it with no problem at all, but the other is super picky and will sometimes just wait until it’s been cleaned again before going in!! The waste bin also fills up faster than I thought it would, which is kind of annoying!! It’s still really helpful overall, just not quite as easy with multiple cats as I was hoping!!

I had to reach out to PetSnowy support about my order, and while they did eventually get back to me and the answer was useful, it definitely took longer than I expected. They make it seem like support will be quick and easy, but that wasn’t really my experience. It wasn’t terrible, but it also didn’t quite match what was promised. Overall, not bad, just not great either.

Am I the only one who keeps having clumps get stuck in this thing? Emptying it turns into way more of a mess than I expected. I really thought it would handle litter better, but it’s been annoying to use.

I didn’t realize how often I’d have to clean this thing. It works fine when it’s clean, but it gets dirty way faster than I expected. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “Yeah, regular cleaning is just part of keeping it working well,” which I get, but it’s still kind of annoying. Not terrible, just more maintenance than I was hoping for.

The updates take forever and sometimes they don’t even go through. My feeder was working okay before, but now it’s just gotten kind of annoying to deal with...

I had to return something because it just didn’t fit my pet quite right, especially around the little chest area. The whole return process was really simple, the label came through fast, and my refund showed up sooner than I thought it would. No hassle at all, and I’d definitely order again.

I’m annoyed I even bought this. Cleaning it takes forever, and somehow the mess gets stuck in every little corner like it was designed to be impossible to deal with. Whoever made this clearly didn’t think about the person who has to clean it afterward. Totally not worth the hassle...

There’s still a little bit of scatter here and there, but it’s so much better now. I’m genuinely relieved because the improvement is really noticeable.

I mainly bought this because of the self-cleaning feature, i expected more for what I paid. It keeps leaving clumps stuck inside, so I end up having to clean it by hand almost every day anyway. Frustrating, especially since I was trying to spend a bit more to make life easier, not add another chore.

It works fine for the most part, but the sensors have missed my cat a couple times and then other times it pauses for no clear reason. I’m not totally comfortable leaving it running when I’m not home. It just felt..

I tried getting help with the warranty, and honestly... it felt like a total waste of time. Nothing really got resolved, and the whole process was just frustrating.

I was kind of worried about what litter would actually work in the Petsnowy box, but so far it’s been totally fine with the clumping litter I already had at home, and I even tried a cheaper brand just to see what would happen and it still cleaned okay, there was just a little more stuck on the rake than usual. It’s not perfect with every litter, but it’s been close enough for me and I’m happy with it overall. 4 stars.

I like the overall idea of the site, and the pet photos are really cute. But using it felt kind of messy. Some pages look clean and simple, then the next one is packed with too much going on, so it almost feels like the design goalposts kept moving from page to page. The colors are okay at first, but after a while they’re not super easy on the eyes. A lot of the buttons and sections don’t really feel like they belong together either. It has potential, but I think it would look way better if everything was more consistent, modern, and toned down a bit.

Just a warning for anyone thinking about buying this for cat litter odor, it really didn’t work for me. I bought it hoping it would make a noticeable difference, but after just one day the room still smelled bad. For the price, I expected a lot better. Disappointed and wouldn’t personally recommend it.

I did get it up and running in the end, but the setup was a bit more fiddly than I expected. It wasn’t impossible or anything, just took some patience and a little trial and error. Once it finally worked, I felt relieved.

So far it’s been reliable and I haven’t had any issues with it. I’m always a little skeptical about customer service if something does go wrong, but for now I haven’t needed to deal with them, which is a plus.

I bought this thinking it would finally stop the mess, but nope, it still leaks around the bottom edge. I cleaned everything, checked the setup twice, and did exactly what I was supposed to do, so this is definitely on the product. Woke up the next morning and the floor was wet again. For the price, that’s ridiculous. I contacted support and all they did was send basic tips like I hadn’t already tried the obvious stuff. Really frustrating.

I ordered from petsnowy hoping it would feel like a nicer, more premium purchase, but I’m kind of torn. It’s not terrible or anything, but it also doesn’t feel special enough to justify what I paid. The product is average, and the shipping was just okay too, so I kept wondering where the extra value was supposed to be. Maybe it works fine for some people, but for me it felt like I could’ve gotten something similar for less somewhere else. I wanted to like it more, but I probably wouldn’t buy again

It works fine for the most part, I guess. It does what it's supposed to do, but the unit takes up more floor space than I thought it would. I can see it being totally okay in a larger room, but in my small apartment it feels a bit awkward and in the way. Not bad, just not as practical for my space as I hoped.
